For less than $20, this may be one of the cheaper makeup finds on this list. The viral E.L.F Halo Glow Filter is, in my opinion, much better than its knock off Charlotte Tilbury competitor. As someone who tried and compared both, the E.L.F was a smoother and less irritating version for my normal to oily skin. Wear it alone, under your foundation or as an added highlighter - this is a new staple in my makeup bag and 100% worth the hype.
